Terms of Use

By downloading or using ReadyForDrive (the "App"), provided by VistaarDigital, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. What the App does

ReadyForDrive helps you organise vehicle documents, track expiry dates, receive local reminders, and view a status summary on Apple CarPlay. It is an organisational tool only and does not replace official records from transport or insurance authorities.

2. Your responsibility for information

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the vehicles, documents and dates you enter.
  • Always verify validity with the issuing authority or insurer. The App's status reflects only the information you provide.
  • Renewing documents on time remains your responsibility.

3. Local storage and backups

Your documents are stored only on your device and are not stored on our servers. We cannot recover files if your device is lost, reset, or the App is deleted. You are responsible for keeping your own backups.

4. Reminders

Reminders depend on your iPhone's notification settings and the operating system. We do not guarantee that every reminder will be delivered on time.

5. Safe use while driving

Set up the App while parked. Never interact with your phone while driving and always follow local road-safety laws. CarPlay features depend on your vehicle or head unit and may not be available in every car.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, VistaarDigital is not liable for fines, penalties, losses or damages arising from expired documents, missed reminders, or reliance on information in the App.

8. Trademarks

Apple, iPhone and CarPlay are trademarks of Apple Inc. ReadyForDrive is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms. For questions, visit our Support page or vistaardigital.com.
